Sharn Gill, Deborah Hodgetts, Fiona Hunnisett, Jo Raggetts, Robert Valentine, Susan Vermeer and Matthew White met at Talent Campus.

Talent Campus is programme run by the London Screenwriters' Festival where they don't just bring out the best in your writing, they bring out the best in you.

Upon meeting each other, they decided to make a quirkly little comedy horror together. Thus MEAT was born.
THE STORY BEHIND MEAT
A group of filmmaker friends (under the name of Fireglass Films) wanted to make a short film that was dark, twisted and funny.

It all started with a strange dream about a woman running from an intruder. The seed was planted and after adding some twists and turns, meat was born.
​
After setting ourselves a tight shooting schedule with a multi-talented cast and crew, we present you with a quirky little tale we hope you will enjoy.
